Tim Stower and Partners Ltd have recently completed the Controlled Environment Unit at Leeds University including refurbishment and redevelopment of existing structures, design of additional structures, as well as all associated civil and drainage works.

Tim Stower and Partners are consultants for the construction of the 10,000 sq ft retail scheme beginning shortly and it is hoped will be open for business late summer 2012.Tesco has pre-let a 4,000 sq ft unit whilst Greggs and local coffee and deli sandwich retailer Eat@ have also committed to shop units at the new scheme.
